Why We Clean With Eco-Friendly, Pet-Safe Products

The strongest product on the shelf is almost never the right one. It's the one that leaves the most residue, damages the most finishes, and lingers longest in a closed-up house, and it rarely cleans better than a correctly matched product used with enough dwell time.

Think about who uses your floor. A dog lies on it, a cat walks on it and then grooms its paws, a toddler puts a hand on it and then a hand in their mouth. Whatever we leave behind on that floor is going somewhere. That's the reason we use low-residue, pet-safe products rather than the reason being a marketing line.

Eco-friendly also protects your house. Acidic cleaners etch natural stone. Ammonia hazes some sealed finishes. Bleach discolors grout unevenly and weakens it over time. Matching the product to the material, pH-neutral on stone and sealed wood, enzymatic on organic messes, a proper descaler on hard water, gets better results and doesn't cost you a countertop.

Where it genuinely matters, we still disinfect: toilets, high-touch points, and kitchen surfaces after raw food. The point isn't avoiding effective products, it's not using an aggressive one on every surface out of habit.

If someone in your home has allergies, asthma, chemical sensitivity, or a reptile or bird in the room, tell us before the first visit. Birds in particular are sensitive to aerosols and fumes in ways most people don't expect, and we'll adjust products and ventilation accordingly.
