YM Elite Cleaners is a family-run company based on Monroe Street in Santa Clara, founded by Yolvi Cruz on a fairly simple observation: most cleaning services do a good job on the middle of a room and almost nothing on its edges. Counters shine, baseboards stay grey, and the house never quite feels reset.
So we built the business around the edges instead. Every job runs ceiling-line down against a checklist: fan blades, light fixtures, door frames, switch plates, baseboards, window tracks and sills, grout, cabinet fronts, and behind whatever we can safely move. Deep cleaning isn't an upsell on our menu, it's the thing we're best at, and standard visits exist to maintain what a deep clean established.
We clean with eco-friendly, pet-safe products, matched to the surface rather than reaching for the harshest bottle available, because pets and small children spend their day at floor level and natural stone doesn't forgive an acidic cleaner. Oven and kitchen appliance cleaning are available on any job, and they're standard on our move-out cleans.
We serve homes, rentals, and small businesses across Santa Clara, San Jose, Mountain View, Palo Alto, Los Altos, Los Gatos, and Monte Sereno. Quotes are flat and in writing, payment is cash, Cash App, or Venmo, and we walk every job with you before we leave. If something turns up after we've gone, tell us within 24 hours and we come back.
